The Dreaming Tree Pinot Noir Red Wine, the result of an exciting collaboration between musician Dave Matthews and winemaker Sean McKenzie, is a bright, ruby wine produced with cold soaked grapes, fermented in pinot noir-specific yeast and aged in oak barrels for eight months.

With ripe flavors and aromas of caramel, cherry, red berries, strawberry, vanilla, and toasted oak, this California wine pairs well with grilled salmon, roast lamb, pasta, and mushroom risotto.
