Long Shadows Pirouette is a Bordeaux-style blend that reflects the collaboration of Long Shadows’ winemaking team with Philippe Melka, a winemaker with a pedigree from some of Bordeaux’s most prestigious estates. This wine marries the best of Columbia Valley grapes, featuring Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and smaller portions of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. It displays a rich tapestry of dark fruit flavors, including black cherry and cassis, with layers of mocha and a hint of cedar from oak aging. Its structure is both powerful and elegant, making it a superb match for prime cuts of beef, venison, or a luxurious chocolate dessert.
